Henry Mccarthy

Henry S. McCarthy, age 61, of Fairview, passed away on Friday July 14, 2017 at Pleasant Ridge Manor.

He was born in Philadelphia on January 11, 1956, a son of the late John and Virginia Stewart McCarthy.

 Hank graduated from Fairview High School in 1974.  He had worked as a commercial painter in the Erie area.  Hank was a music enthusiast and loved going to concerts.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Paula B. McCarthy, and a brother, William T. McCarthy.

 Hank is survived by his siblings, John H. McCarthy and his wife Eileen of Hingham, MA, Peter J. McCarthy and his wife, Adria of Amityville, NY, Virginia Fischesser and her husband, Elmer of Cincinnati, OH and James McCarthy and his wife Barbara A. Brickmeier of Katonah, NY.  He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

 Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. East in Girard on Tuesday from 4-7pm and are invited to attend a service there on Wednesday at noon.

 Inurnment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
