Joyce Gary

Joyce C. Gary, age 51, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away unexpectedly on October 27, 2017.

She was born in Abilene, TX on October 29, 1965, a daughter of Tommy Gary (Sharon) of  Harrah, OK and the late Linda Shann.

Joyce grew up in Phoenix where she raised her five children, whom she absolutely adored.  They were her greatest accomplishments in life.  She loved her family above all else, was kindhearted to a fault, and always willing to help anyone in need, to the best of her ability.  This earth has truly lost a kind soul.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by grandparents, Rita and William Shann and Mary and Lloyd Gary.

Joyce is survived by her children, Branden, Nicholas, Michael, Nicole and Jason, all of Phoenix; six grandchildren; and her siblings, Melissa Crawford of Phoenix, Jenae Pohl and Jason Gary, both of Erie.  She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.  Joyce also leaves behind her two best friends, Kathy and Pam, whom she has known her whole life and loved like sisters.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. East, Girard on Saturday April 21 from 10 am until the time of the service at 11 am.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
