Peter Jackson

Peter Jackson, age 26, of Edinboro and Fairview, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 25, 2017.

He was born in Erie on January 27, 1991, a son of Mark A. and Keegen M. Guyer Gennuso of Fairview.

Peter graduated from Fairview High School in 2010 where he was a star athlete on the football team.  He went on to serve in the United States Navy.  In addition to having attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, he was currently attending Fortis Institute for welding.

He was a member of Fairview Bible Church.  Peter enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends.  He loved his dog Moses. He was very active and was an outdoorsman. He will be sadly missed by so many. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Amber Hotchkiss; three brothers, Shannon Jackson, Isaac and Jared Gennuso; two sisters, Chloe and Julia Gennuso; his mother and father in law, David and Annette Hotchkiss; two brothers in law, Jacob Hotchkiss and his wife Amber and Abraham Hotchkiss, a sister in law, Faith Hotchkiss; his birth parents, Yvette Hernandez and Peter Boose; birth siblings, Caleb and Jermaine Shaw, and Dolores McClellan; as well as many other extended family members and friends. 

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. East, Girard, on Saturday from 2pm until the time of service at 5pm with Pastors C. Michael Bryant and Christopher Preston.
