Ronald Wilson

Ronald “Buck” Burnell Wilson age 79, of McKean, PA passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Millcreek Community Hospital.

He was born in Erie on May 27, 1938 a son of the late Royce B. and Thora M. Bahm Wilson.

Buck graduated from Academy High School in 1956. He went on to work as a sign painter and was a truck driver and worked in sales for Kendall Refining.

He was a lifetime member of the Erie Siebenbuerger Club, was a lifetime Cleveland Indians and Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed painting, drawing cartoon characters and crafts.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Diane H. Militello.

Buck is survived by his wife of 59 years, Janet Mork Wilson; two children, Royce A. Wilson and his wife Michelle of Erie and Karen Johnson and her husband Ralph of Union City, PA; three grandchildren, Pam Loiacona and her husband Dominic, Amanda Easley and her husband Bret of Meadville, PA and Carly Lydic and her husband Ed of Columbus, OH; and four great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 602 W. 10^th Street, Erie, PA 16502 on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service there at 6:00 p.m. Burial will be private in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
